I have tried to play Rune factory with No$gba and it runs quite nicely, but when i save the game when i want to load it there is none. I have tried different settings of save type but it seems that is not the issue. Does someone else have the same problem?? or someone knows how to save? plz i really want to play this game!!
(in the battery folder the .sav file is 1kb, not only this game, but others i have tried to play. Harvest moon ds .sav file is 20 kb)

You got Rune Factory to run on No$gba? Everytime I try, I get the message, "Could not access the data. Power off and reinsert the DS card."

EDIT: Nevermind. Looked at the common problems thread....

Whenever I save, it works fine. It's when I try to load it doesn't work. I get a message saying "The rom-image has crashed."

Try changing it to FRAM 32 KBytes. It ended up saving for me...(yessss :D)

The problem isn't saving it's saving, it's loading. Try 64kb EEPROM. It's suppose to work but it might be random cause i looked it up at another forum and it said it works but sometimes random.

For compatibility lists look at this site http://dualscene.net/news.php

I tried eeprom64kb and it saved, and when i reset the game there IS a file when i load. But now the problem is that it gets stuck in loading. Maybe it is true and its random. Even when i looked in the battery there was no .sav file. Some games don't need one?

actually in mine there is a .sav file look in the battery again and i've also confrimed that it is random cause i've already loaded it "once".

Yep it seems to be random. With 64kb eeprom you can save, there is a battery file and you can "SOMETIMES" load the game. If it gets stuck on loading, just load the rom again and give it another try. I have loaded several times and it has become "playable". There is only a graphic glitch in the game when using the emulator, a nasty line that sometimes appears, but oh well better than not playing it.
Thx to all of those who helped me figure this out!!
Hehe now to enjoy this freak hm! but first to college... :(

nds emulation is at an extremely early stage... a lot of games will run with no$gba, but slowly... it doesn't support the full screen function...it crashes sometimes... there are problems with loadings... a lot of things... you are very lucky you can play... but you've gotta wait a bit for the nds emulators to get better...
