    i need help...even though the magic spell books have been repaired they don't work whenever i try to use, theres a sound but nothing happens does anybody noe wats wrong?

    Any cheats enabled?
    Are you playing on a ds or emu?

    You shouldn't have to repair them to make them work, repairing them just makes them better... have you tried to download it again?

    Hmmm . . . sounds like you're using offensive magic in the town - you can't do that, hence the sound. Or you could be out of RP, which is required to use ANY magic. And if it's neither of these, then maybe you should get a new game file or something.
