Rundll32.exe help please

    I have an error with the Rundll32.exe file, is corrupted and now i can't change themes.
    I have tried to copy the file from this computer onto the other one but it just corrupts. I have no disks and both the computers are Windows Vista Home Premium. Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?
    I will be grateful for any help.
