Rumor of Xenophobia working on Pokemon...

I heard in the original thread that Xenophobia is working on a freeze patch for pokemon HG and SS.
Is this this true and how long would it take?

Im actually buying the game still.
I only download roms for cheating purposes =3 (event pokemon,etc.)

Site Maintainer is an alright position, nothing special, it can get a bit tedious making sure the dates are correct etc. But it's fun in a way.
