i have a ds rumble pak that works with cyclo but the new mario game doesent have the feature from the us version is there a patch for this?

Nope. Never seen a patch that make rumble paks available in a game that doesn't feature it. And you can't just make patch for anything... your best chance is to look at the GBAtemp cheat database or ask for a cheat from to be made here. Although I'm not sure if it is really possible...

I don't know that, sorry... It should be possible, then you can search and ask at the GBAtemp rom hacking section for it then.
