Its in the list, and the rom works perfectly on the DS emulatot, but on the FlashCarts it says: Can not fin save data please re-insert the cart ect. can someone fix that please..

still doesnt work, its the rom itself, and not the flashcart, i think its kinda the same thing with the Sonic RPG game that at 1st it didnt work with the save, but then someone fixed it..

 

People are stating that it works in their flashcarts though, and if it was a problem with the ROM then there would be quite a few more topics on the matter more than likely.

What type of flashcart are you using?

 

It wasn't the Sonic ROM that was the problem though. Or this one. If you've already update your firmware, see the "Super Easy.." topic stickied in this board.

im using the R4, which is one of the best flashcarts, and i downloaded alot of other new games, but they all work perfectly..

also for the Super Easy thing, its to confusing i have no idea what to do..

 

Ok tried the rom in original R4 as you have said it dosent work. You might think R4 is one of the
best flashcarts but the truth is it dosent always play USA games. as i said rom works fine on
DSTT flashcart. Its not the ROM its your flashcart.

None of the other carts seem to be having this problem currently so blaming it on the ROM just makes you look like a dumbass.

From what I've been reading from various sources, you're going to need to apply the Arm7 fix to make it work.

It's not the ROM. See https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php/topic,10365.0.html, if you read and take time with these instructions, it's easy as pie. Or just google "arm7 injector" (get the one from omgrofl site), and then patch your ROM that way, easy.

 

roms fault cuz u never have to patch it for any other game for the R4 so its the Roms fault..

 

Recently, there have some games release for the DS that will not work without the so-called arm7 fix. These games come with a newer version of the arm7.bin file that will not create the proper save files on flash carts. Essentially, the way to get around this is to replace the new arm7.bin with an older copy from a different ("donor") game. You can fix this problem on many flash carts just by updating their firmware, but for those who can't (or won't for some reason), there is a fix.

What are you, 8 or something? It's not the ROM, you said it yourself it works perfectly on the emulator, others have said it works perfectly on other cards, one of the Admins, a Global Moderator and Anand have said it's not the ROM, why in hell should it be the fucking ROM? Cut it out, ok? It's the R4, it's getting old, it doesn't have firmware updates anymore, it's FINISHED. If you want to keep playing, then get another card or start using the emulator.
