RomUlation's Rom Emulator

    What about RomUlation's own Rom Emulator that can play most consoles like NDS, Gameboy, and others.. all in 1 Emulator...

    Err, and how would you suggest we did that? An emulator is something you spend years developing, it's not something you do overnight, what you're suggesting is impossible without a huge team of very experienced programmers.

    It was suggested before and turned down then too.

    First, that wouldn't be one magical emulator, it would be several bundled together under the same interface and as Seph just pointed out, writing an emulator requires a lot of time and also knowledge of the system's architecture not to mention being a skilled programmer. Think about it, an emulator has to emulate the function of every bit of hardware in the system. It's not really feasible.

    all in one emulators are a lot less efficient than a single system emulator anyway.

    I think it would also be a waste of time playing catch up with the other emulators which have already an established user base amongst those who are savvy about the topic. Compete with VBA? Zsnes? Yeah, sure...
