Romulation Premium Downloader issues

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place. This is the first time I've actually run into issues. I've been using the site since June and never had a single issue.
    I'm trying to run the nds downloader that comes with my premium membership, and I keep getting : "error getting rom #4477 - username/ password wrong!".
    i've verified my password/name and it's still popping up.
    any ideas on what I need to do?
    I'm running windows vista, zonealarm pro. I have used the same pc since June, so not sure what has changed.

    Is this the most updated version (as in you've downloaded it recently) ? If not, do so.
