you arent telling us anything... 'doesn't work' means nothing. Go and read the 'how to ask for help' sticky, and edit your post. Until you do that we won't be able to help.
What ROMs, what emulator are you using, how do they not work, and how the hell do you expect us to help you fix a problem when we don't know what exactly needs to be fixed?
everytime i extracted it it says there was an error when downloading and it was gamecube gameboy and ds roms
Try updating your Winrar or 7-zip program. If that doesn't work, then redownload the roms with a download manager like FlashGet or DownThemAll for Firefox.
Firefox is a recommended browser to download with. Try that. As loony said, read over the rules before posting.
That happens to me a lot, try redownloading from the same server, and if that doesn't work, try the other server, and if that doesn't work update your WinRAR or 7Zip.
Use a download manager like FlashGet as well. It will help avoid corrupted/incomplete downloads. www.flashget.com
