rom help

    I've tried to download the increibles- rise of the underminer multiple times
    but i can never start the game because it always says 'could not read data.
    Turn of the power and reinsert the DS card'. I've tried that heaps of times also.
    I've got R4, any help??!!

    its probably the firmware your using update it to make sure
