Roguelike?

Does anyone here play Roguelike games?

For instance DoomRL, A.D.O.M., AliensRL or Nethack?

Roguelike games are mostly NO graphic (everything is composed of ASCII characters) even though there are a few exceptions like Nethack, which has a few (IIRC) graphic shells.

Some of them are also very short, DoomRL can be finished under 15 minutes and some of them are extra long like ADOM.

But the biggest fun factor in these games is the replayability (example ADOM is a Dungeons and Dragons based game, so you can play it differently every time) + there is a big tension factor, because if you die, you're dead for good, no ressurection, no second chances.

That pretty much sums up RL games.

    So, is anyone interested?
