Rockman.EXE OSS IPS and Hex Edit Patch for AntiPiracy

For the IPS patch, download the file above, and google lunarips/lips101 and download that too.

1) Open Lunarips/lips and click Apply patch and use the above file.
2) Then, in the lower corner, click all files, and the Rockman OSS rom.
3) All done! Just plug and play.

For the hex patch, google hex editor and download it.

1)Open the hex editor and search this string.

2)Save, quit, plug, and play.

There is an AR code, but it only fixes Mettaurs every step, and is not fully functional.
If you use an emulator, just copy and paste the code, but if use a flashcart, you need r4cce, which there is a tutorial hidden somewhere in this forum, just search r4cce tutorial.
