Released today, though some stores in Japan released it a day early. Should be up late tonight/early tomorrow morning.
As for me, playing through BN1 again on my PSP while I wait.

The game is a remake of the first one with extras.

In the end there is no need to understand since most people already knows the game.

 

Does someone already have an english patch for the game? I can't read japanese, although i'm learning it.
