Rock thread

So yea. Its kind of a reply to the metal thread. So what kind of rock do you like?
I love punk rock (blink 182), modern (simple plan, PATD) and 80s (AC/DC, Queen, Guns and Roses).
But anything goes for me really.

 

Looking at the title, I thought this thread was going to be about rocks. Like "stone" rocks.

 

Classic rock? I like Classic rock a lot, like The Who, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, ect.

 

I like classic, alternative, metal, oldies, modern stuff etc. I hate punk though.

 

i like oldie rock (80's , 70's) , but i can do with new rock, im not sure i like punk rock........

 

Nirvana's wicked Go Kurt Cobain..

 

not so much punk rock - i think it's too kidie. somebody made me listen to simple plan and i thought it sounded childish

i like all other types of rock, especially metal. but not goth metal.

 

Queen and AC/DC are both 70's bands..... though they did carry on into the 80's....

Eh, lets see.... AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, The Cars, Cream & Clapton, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, CCR, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Queen, David Bowie, Dr. Hook <--- very awesome/funny band, Tool, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, The Kinks, the list goes on and on.

 

Well... I like all rock types...

But I prefer goth turned rock songs

 

LostProphets are a recent faviroute of mine.

 

You know rocks are hard, and cold..and alot of hoses are made of them

i class my songs as to how much it'd melt my face if the tune were done on a flame thrower. gotta run, the men with the syringes and big nets are here again...

Some are bigger, some smaller. And trust me, he knows how to use that thing too.

 

Okay, that is a bloody beautiful kit. Like I said though, some are bigger some are smaller.

Jesus Christ, I've got to hear some of their songs. Any suggestions on one that rocks that kit?
