    Long story short, I tried to download a game and it takes away the points but doesn't start the download. Please help?

    not on the information you've given us. What browser are you using, what happens when you click the link, are there any messages?

    Have you tried to download again? If your points are taken then we logged the download and won't remove points again for 24 hours.

    Sorry for the title. I've tried and it still doesn't work. I use safari on a mac.

    I'll need much more information, it doesn't work. What DOES happen then? Does it try to download another file than the one you want? Does it give an error message? Does it say blocked anyway? Are you running software that might block it (firewall, anti virus and similar are often the cause for that)
