Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus - Cannot get it working !

I downloaded unzipped and put the game on the card but it could not read sav file. Done the DsLazy & Arm7 routine on the rom and it seems to load ok, but then it just blanks out and appears to be skipping or something. Full title & Rom # is 4438 - Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as my nephews are waiting to try it.
