Hey man, I've been writing reviews for some of the psx games and I keep getting wrong SMS messages. The most complicated character I've put in the reviews is probably a parenthesis. I feel my reviews would be very helpful, considering you ask for them, and I know people are curious about the games. I've written for G-Darius and Viewpoint so far. Any idea why it's not accepting the reviews? Much thanks, Pat C.
well, I think you have to email verify an account... maybe... I don't remember. If so, have you verified your account?
'wrong sms messages'? Can you elaborate, as SMS is the text message system used by cellphones; and has no connection with internet forums.
Yeah, it's on this site. Unfortunately, I didn't copy the message in it's entirety, but it said something along the lines that it might include phrases such as "thx" or "plz". The message would appear in red print right under the page listing details about the rom (right before "full name" and after "download". Do you guys know how to contact someone that runs this site? I appreciate all of your help. -Pat C.
reviews should be on the forum, not in game comments; and to my knowledge we have not yet installed the SMS language detection on the forum. We will at some point though.
Okay people quit giving support when you obviously don't know the answer, we don't need guesses and good intentions. This one is pretty simple, we're running a SMS language detection function on game comments, it's still in testing so that's why we haven't gotten it on the forum yet, we fine tune it when we get data of something wrong. patimwi: To bypass it simply go to the comments tab and click resubmit, your comment should already be in the comment text area. I'll review the comments and see why it gets flagged as being SMS language.
