Reverse Ageing(british english for aging)

What if every living thing(except human) experience a reverse ageing.Yeah that's includes your pets,cow,and even every single tree in your garden.The whole earth is devolving,that means dinosaurs will arise once again...
It happens at the rate of 100 years in reverse for every new week in normal time.
What will happen to our society?(economy,education,politics,etc...)As a human ,what will you do?Will humankind finally unite in order to survive?.Thank you

Well if everything devolves, then surely, we devolve along side it. We are not outside the bounds of everything else. So we would just walk backwards into the water.
