resuming downloads

    can anybody resume broken downloads or is it just me? i have tried download accelerator plus and free download manager but both wont support resuming. after searching i noticed a lot of people use flashget, will this definately resume?
    im on a broadband dongle and lose signal all the time so have problems with anything that takes 30 mins+

    I use Internet Download Manager and that definitely resumes downloads.
