I'm having trouble with this one. Simply put, it just won't download. The little download box on Firefox pops up for a minute, then it sudden;y closes saying 'All downloads have been completed". I've tried three times do download it and they all failed, and took points each time. (I originally had 2922, I now have 1779 aftery the downloads failed each time) Any tips?
