resetting Visual boy advance

Ok when trying to configure stuff involving save type and such on my vba to get pokemon emerald to work, I discovered that now I can't save other games because the configuration is all wacked out... anyways I don't remember the original config, so is there a way to reset the configuration without downloading it again?

for reference the games that I'm having trouble saving are pokemon ruby edition and LOZ a link in the past...
