That's not hypnosis. It's just a repeating pattern that makes your brain release some certain chemical, which evades me. It also screws with your eyes.

 

But... Isn't it like you concentrate on the pattern, opening your mind & spirit, allowing others to make you do what they want you to do?

Of course, I could be totally wrong.

 

No. They're just patterns that fuck with your brain. That's not hypnosis.
