Required Computer Specs for psxe?

    I am currently using a emachines hardrive w/

    1.0ghz
    128 mb SyncDRAM
    CD-ROM 48x max
    20gb harddrive
    3D AGP Graphics with Intel Direct AGP
    I know its an old computer, and also it is using the celeron proccesor.
    Do I meet the requirements to play psxe? And more importantly would I be able to play FInal Fantasy IX ( I already know how to set this up on my home comp. (3gb ram and such) but want to know if I would be able to play that such game with my computer specs.) Any help is appreciated :D

    You really should keep it to one thread, not two.

    Your RAM is pretty low. It'll be hard to get any decent play off the emulator with that type of RAM and your Graphics card is probably too small too.

    Im pretty slow on this computer so is that a yes or a no?

    According to your other thread, you already tried and it crashed your computer. So it looks to be a no. Probably a RAM or Graphics Card issue.

    yeah it was weird as well due to the petes pluggin 2.9 and swomething with texture

    I would say get a better graphics card. I've run ePSXe on a slower machine than that.
