Hello, I have a PSP and would like to play games like I do on my DS with my SuperCard. Can someone Please answer the following questions:

1 - What is the correct term for these devices? Is it "Flash Cart"? (refering to what one would call "SuperCard", "Wood R4", ect... products). I just refer to them as Physical Emulators (As opposed to Virtual Emulators on my computer).

2 - How do I play PSP with a Physical Emulator?

3 - Which Physical PSP Emulator should I get and how will I get it?

4 - How much memory can I use to load games on my PSP? (4GB, 8GB, 16GB, ect...)

    Thanks for the help!

flashcarts are not emulators in any shape or form.

That aside, PSP does not use a flashcart. What you do with the PSP is you change the onboard firmware to one that allows you to run iso images from the memory stick. The conversion process (referred to as 'downgrading') uses a special battery and a special memory stick, however not all PSPs can be downgraded.

I think he wants to run PSP games not other consoles on PSP.

I quite obviously mislead some people by not saying everything. For that I apologise. I got a PSP1000 for Christmas. It's Firmware is 3.51. I am hopeing to be able to play PSP games from my Memory Card. From what I see above, I need a special type of battery.
1 - What type of battery is this and how would I get one?
2 - Is there a certain type of Memory stick i need? How wold I get one?
3 - Do I need a certain type of Memory? I like using MicroSDs. Also, how do I even read a Memory Stick Pro with my computer?
4 - After I get the battery, how do I "downgrade" the PSP to be able to play the games?

Actually. you dont need a pandora battery.

You do not require any extra hardware. (if you have a memory stick pro duo)

this guide will tell you exactly what to do.

to summarize, you will need to update to the official 5.03 firmware.

    install chickhen.

    install 5.50 gen-D3.

    Enjoy.

    Yawn-its a PSP1000 he says he's got.

I would look at DealExtreme and order a Tool battery and a pro-duo to microsd adapter, costs about $10 with a 3 week wait.
