    Alright smarties.
    I need your help.

So I'm helping my dad clean out his collection of photos. Thousands of them.
I've copied the DCIM folder off the iPad, but also the albums directly, and have found a few issues.

One of them is that there's a lot of duplicates. Obviously.
However the photos in the Albums lot are often worse off quality than the ones in the DCIM. I want to see if there's a way to replace the ones in the "Album" lot with the ones in the DCIM, but still keep the subfolders and organisation.

The second is that there's a lot of "duplicates", but they're not really duplicates.
There's stacks of images of the same name, but they're actually not the same picture. Anyway to fix that, to ensure I'm not (as above) replacing the wrong image?

    Thanks in advance.

Edit: For clarification, I've been using a program called AntiTwin.

Hello every one the replacement of photos by using some tools are very easy but it has to be done when necessary.
