    for example:
    0110 - Lost in Blue (U)(Legacy)(4BEF9202).nds
    if i were to delete:0110 - (U)(Legacy)(4BEF9202).nds
to make it Lost in Blue only
    will it still work?

I always rename them. I take out the number and the name in "()". All I leave is the name of the game, the region (U) and the ".nds". It does not matter, they still work perfectly. It does not affect them in the least bit.

When I download a game, I just get rid of everything in the filename besides the title of the game itself. Nothing will be negatively affected if you change the filename.

if you have already played the game at least once then you will also need to rename .sav file.

Yeah, the .sav file has to have the same filename as the .nds file, excluding the extension.

Yes. If you don't, the flashcart can't figure out how to load the correct save file that's been created. Although I see a very good feature, ability to select a save file to load with a game, so multiple saves on one game is possible without going onto your computer, and renaming everything too. You can load a ROM even if it doesn't have the .nds, ds.gba extension, but you have to go through a whole series of changing the view so you can see everything (few flashcarts have this) and/or booting into Slot 2 and then load any file to try to play if it's indeed a NDS ROM. But why would you do this? :p
