Removing region lock on a pal n64?

    By the way, i'd rather not fork out $10 for a gameshark and have to wait a week or 3 for some dogey ass shipping.

    I was just wondering since I have a japanese copy of pokemon stadium and i'd like to play pokemon green on it.

    What would be the cheapest hardware? A Gameshark or something?
