Remove/Revise the "NO NDS REQUESTS" Part of Rom Request Board?

    Since we cannot host NDS games for the time being, can we remove that part for the time being?

    Doesn't need to be removed. The rule as is still fits just fine.

    Games that aren't dumped yet still don't need to fill the Request boards. Games that are dumped, users request, still fit just ine.
