Im haveing an error message saying Regular members can only download one file at a time upgrade to premium to bypass this limit. when i try to download roms i restartded my computer my browser and reset my router and i still have this... Help oh and i forgot but im not downloading anything so.. yeah
Sorry, but this problem has been popping up a lot recently. Just wait 'till Seph fixes the problem or buy premium.
I'm not sure this is our problem. My research suggests that comcast are forcing transparent proxies on their customers, basically meaning that several or many of their customers all appear to have the same IP address when viewed from the internet outside of comcast. This makes it impossible for us to distinguish between you and another comcast customer using the same proxy, so if they are downloading you cannot, and vice versa, because as far as our system can tell you are the same person.
He said that your Internet provider gives the same IP you're using to someone else. So if that other person is downloading a rom then our system won't let you download it, since that IP is already downloading something. Blame your provider.
sorry i meant how a provider in theory can give the same IP adress multiple times to multiple people, i havent seen if i get the problem BTW since i am not downloading roms from the site ATM

if the problem is caused by NAT, you can't, short of changing ISP. You'll just have to keep trying and hope you manage to get lucky.
History and cookies have nothing to do with it, closing firefox might stop any lingering connections to RomUlation, though, which would help the issue.
