Registration disabled. Why?

    So, my friend wanted to sign up on the RomUlation forum. He has an account on the site, *removed*

    When I try to login with his account, it always redirects to mine (on the forum). I tried to register but it had the error, registration disabled.

    Any help?

    One has to register through the main site, that said, if he has an account for the main site then he has a forum account.
