Regarding NDS Roms and its Region

I've noticed that two games, primarily 'MySims Agents' and 'Drawn to Live: The Next Chapter' have no NA dumps... what's the deal? I know someone just hasn't gotten around dumping that region, but sometimes AR codes have different addresses among the different regions of the games; take that from Carnival Games.

Are EU dumps just as good... or better... than the NA dumps?

But potentially different contents. I heard EU KH358/2 Days has the Japanese voices left.
