Well, my computer is a giant mess so i might as well reformat. I'm installing windows 7, but what do i need to download to connect to the internet again. My current OS is window XP Sp3, Dell Inspiron E1705/9400. I know i can check at the DELL Driver download and support but which download is it, and are all the drivers i need there or do i need more? Also, what else in that list would be needed if one could them for me please. well, this is the information displayed on CCleaner to add as additional information(no idea if there's a better and more accurate way): Genuine Intel CPU T2300 @ 1.66GHz 2GB RAM Nvidia GeForce 7800 Any possibilities of instructions and guidance as to help me ensure myself i'm not going to turn this computer into a brick, if anyone can and will?
I think you should try and download the bios, audio, video and the network. They are important but I can't you exactly with others to download as well. I'm more of an hp person. Hope this works.
as much as they are important, there are several choices that don't state what does what. i'd just be piling drivers that do something... mostly in network, i'm not sure which one. EDIT: jumped the gun, i'm online still... am dissatisfied because everything is really fucking big even after change resolution o_o
