If you still have the packaging it came it, it should list a website. That is the best place to get the firmware (to help guarantee you get the right ones). Otherwise you can go to www.linfoxdomain.com/ds and download the firmware for your flashcart.

Firmware is what you are looking for right now. I think you have an original R4, which means you either want to get v1.18 (from the left hand column on that page Tirith linked you to) or you might want to get YSMenu. That's a modified version of the DSTT menu (firmware). You can get more info on YSMenu here.
