I was finally able to upgrade my computer! ;v) I'm now running Windows 7 x64! ;v) I'm trying to fix up my Recycle Bin like I had it in XP. You know, where nothing goes to the bin, everything just goes away? But even though I'm thinking I've got things set up my computer keeps putting things in my bin anyway. This is how I've got things set up in its properties.

Could somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Also, do you mind if you could put the picture in a spoiler?
    It's eating my connection.

Won't make any difference, the picture downloads either way. It's just not displayed until you click the spoiler.

    Two questions:
!) I'm still VERY new to Windows 7. How do I tell the difference between FAT32 and NTFS?
    2) How do you make a spoiler?

Like when you press SHIFT + DELETE to permanently delete stuff?

    1. Right click on your OS disc (eg. C:) and click on properties. It'll say whether it's NTFS or FAT32 (most discs these days are NTFS).
    2.
    Code:
    [spoiler]CONTENT GOES HERE[/spoiler]

    Okay.
Then follow the NTFS part of the little thing I posted.

I'm afraid we're going to have to try again. It just plain didn't work.
