Remember how back when we were in high school and all of a sudden a really cool tune came on the radio and we thought I have to have it! So we just push play and record on the tape recorders we all had built into our stereos! Well that's sort of what I want to do on my comp. Like say there's four bars of a tune that I think would make a really cool ringtone for my cell phone. I can just run that recording program, let my CD play, click the record button and that's it! ;v) Could somebody please tell me if there's a piece of software that does this? Preferably freeware, of course! ;v)
..are we talking about recording radio signals? I'm confused-I know a few things but not sure which to list.
you need to set your recording source to 'what you hear' and then any recording program will be able to record it.
