Recommend me a anime please

    I am looking for something like death note and code geass ( a main hero with aspirations for domination) but if you guys can't think of any anime's like that. Any ole anime will do.
    Here is list of anime's I have watched(to give you a feel for what I like)

    Elfin laid-woot awesome
    Serial experiment lain-once moe woot awesome
    naruto-regrettable so
    bleach-regrettable so
    DMC-meh but looked nice
    Samurai deeper kyo-good stuff
    Samurai champloo- very good stuff
    death note-very good stuff
    code geass- very good stuff
    DBZ/DB-regrettable so
    Trigun-very good stuff
    Yu Yu hakusho-was good till dark tourny
    Kenshin- OVA was the greatest thing ever
    FMA- very good stuff.
    and that be all that I can remember.

    Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn is also fun, but the first season is a joke. Dont get discouraged, later on it gets REALLY good.

    I have two recommendations for you: Soul Eater and Darker than Black. Can't think of any that would have a main character who'd aspire for domination though. Sorry.

    from your opinion of those animes you like drama and gore, i say you should watch SHUFFLE! and Kanon (ver. 2006 because the 2004 ver. is not good) (those 2 are drama)
    and for the gore section i say higurashi no nako koro ni (rulez)! (but you will understand this anime at episode 15-20)

    ah fma is amazing :) been watching through that again recently :)
    cowboy bebop is good if you get chance to see it, the characters are really well fleshed out :) the movie is right up there with the best of them in my opinion :)

    Gantz, Welcome to the NHK, When they cry, (Or "Higurashi no noko Koro Ni"... damn I can remember that off the top of my head.) and the new hellsing OVA series are all damn awesome.

    And cromartie high is just about one of the best damn shows ever.

    ::) never can go wrong with cowboy bebop. has the same talents as samuri champloo...at least in english. Gantz is another great series as well as Read or Die (rod). Hope this helps. ^_^

    Hmmm...since you're in to code geass.Gundam 00 is definitely in favour for you.

    Suzumiya Haruhi and Toradora! are both great animes to watch when you're bored or feeling down.

    Hmm the titles I recommend are hack// legend of the twilight, jigoku shoujo (season 1 and 2) and if you're quite mature and can handle some gore, Perfect Blue (an OVA).

    These are some of the titles I absolutely liked and I don't know if they would make the cut for you. So sorry if you got disappointed or fell asleep while watching one of them. And I haven't had much time to watch anime the way I used to.

    if you want DRAMA/GORE and a surprisingly ironic twist that made me laugh so hard because the last episode was so different than the rest. go for "School Days"/..

    oh..and how come you dont watch One Piece?
