Is there anyone on here who is obsessed with reading? Cause I sure am My favourite series is: The Pendragon Series by D.J MacHale. Whats your fave book/book series and why?
I've read lots of manga, but sometimes I read Novel(especially in romance ;D)... and I've to read lots of books regarding Law for my upcoming test next week... First time in my life.....
Me! : ) I love reading. Well, I kind of have to love reading since I'm majoring in Humanities at uni now and it involves A LOT of reading haha. Some of my favorite books: Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera Seeing by Jose Saramago 100 Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez A Separate Peace by John Knowles Kafka on the Shore & The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami The Book Thief by Markus Zusak Old Kingdom Series (Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen) and the Keys to the Kingdom series by Garth Nix There are some more that I'm forgetting right now :/ oh well~ I love graphic novels as well. My favorite would have to Fables & Batman comics, especially TDKR.
I've read the Keys to the Kingdom Series and I've heard about The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak Is it any good? Oh and whats the Old kingdom series about by Garth Nix??? Wow, I 've always wanted to do some course at Uni that involved the humanties what do you do?? i'm still in high school :S
We study art, basically. : ) Where I study, you get to choose two tracks (kind of like minoring, but different) so you get to pick where you'll specialize in. Mine is Creative Writing and Philosophy. The Book Thief is really good! It made me cry lol. I first read it in highschool but I still read it up to now : )
I love reading, I finished the Twilight Series, It's awesome ! And I love read mangas. Does anyone here read mangas too?
I like mostly comic books...but the odd game novelization ain't bad... The resident evil books by S.D Perry were preety good-yet at times don't tie in well. But one book that wasn't about games wasn't bad... I just can't find it All I know it's a horror/sci fi story-gory in detail but fun to read. oh, I just collect the series i love, the rest I rent them Downstairs have Comics/Mangas-Rent, so It's easy Oh, and I love reading magazine too, Girls magz,Fashion magz,Games magz,Movies magz Usually I borrow from my friends.. haha

Oh my friends read harry potter tooo, but i prefer the movies, Their names are hard to remember Do you read Davinci Code book or Angel and Demon book,yoshi?
I love the keys to the Kingdom series and the Old kingdom series both by Garth Nix. Right now I am reading Richard Branson's autobiography.
ohohoh I do! maybe too much, but yes I still read normal novels too lots of french writers though most of Alexandre Dumas' works (The Three Musketeers, The Count of Monte Cristo, Twenty Years After) a lot of Honoré de Balzac's too, a lot of them are short novels though kindof a light novel Jule Vernes too, Around the World in Eighty Days, Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea and the classical Boris Vian, l'Écume des jours (I dont know the title in english though, I doubt there is even one)
I love Jule Vernes, though i have only read journey to the centre of the earth so far. Anyone read 'house of leaves' (Mark Danielewski) ? That would have to be my favourite.
Lets see... I read manga.. I read comics.. I read novels.. I read a bunch of non-fiction stuff.. I don't have a favourite series... But I do like reading "Waiter Rant"
