Read 'em and Hit the Above Person - Reference Battle~!

Influenced by a Marvel vs Capcom 3 chat I did yesterday XD

Use a fighting game move used by a character from a big-name fighting game (i.e. Street Fighter IV or Marvel vs Capcom) and use it on the above person!

Can also use RPG moves from big-name RPG's like Pokémon or Final Fantasy

The idea of fighting is to read your opponent and act against his benefit, perfectly fit in RPG's and fighters alike.

Example:

Slap's Shoryuken is too far away; sends a Chocobo into the air to slaughter him up above

*dodges shoryuken*
go, white pikmin!
*throws 7 white pikmin at slappy*

 

Firaga!!

**Casts Firaga on the seven white Pikmin**

 

wait, the pikmin are evolving!
*evolution music plays*
the white pikmin evolved into red pikmin!
*firaga ineffective*

 

Argh...

WATERGA!

**Casts Waterga on the red Pikmin**

*pikmin drowning*
go, blue pikmin
*sends out two blue pikmin and they save five red pikmin* (this can actually happen in the game)

 

I'm about to change that...

"DAAKU HOORUDO!" (Zero's Dark Hold)

**Freezes Pikmin in time, then attempts a finishing blow**

 

*pikmin dies*
*muddy gets angry and gets green and big*
HULK SMASH!
