Yes I recently downloaded the Resident Evil 3 Nemesis game from this site and it's saying that the file is having problems or is somewhat incomplete.
So I'm lost and I'm very new to game emulators and really don't have a clue to find a decent emulator or anything related.

So any help or any advice would be greatly appreciated

    ???

The best PSX emulator is epsxe, wwww.epsxe.com. Once downloaded, just configure everything with plugins (look online for tutorials), then load your image file from the emulator. Any more questions, feel free to ask.

Thank you and what do you mean by plug-ins? Like a USB controller?

Also all the downloads say the same thing it doesn't make sense

No, Video, Sound and CDROM plugins etc. You'll also need a Bios file as well, scph1001bin is the best, google it. I use Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.8 for my Video plugin, Eternal SPU 1.50 for my Sound plugin, and the default ePSXe CdRom plugin, because I don't use my drive that much. Go to the ePSXe tutorials http://epsxe.com/help.php for more info to help you set up ePSXe. And what do you mean, "all the downloads say the same thing"?

like the same description ethier that the descriptions are somewhat similar. Do I have to have the old PS1 game then put it in my PC to play?

Because most of the game I do want to play I don't have since I was very young when they were popular, because I'm 15 now.

Lol I'm about to give up this Emulator stuff its confusing.

No, if you have the image on your computer, you can simply load it straight from ePSXe if it's a .iso, .img or .bin. Or you can mount it as a virtual drive using Alcohol 52% or something, and play it from CDROM. Or if you have a original PSX CD, and you don't want to always have it in your drive, use ImgBurn or something to create an image file .iso, .img, bin etc. from the CD, then follow one of the steps above.

  7. he should use the basic psx emulator, can't recall what its called, but it came with everything provided (although less options, and less customizable)
