not sure if this is the proper place to ask this. But i just recently signed up to this site and every time i try to download a game over 50 mb it tells me i have no points, even though i have the 500 i started with. also i have not accrued any points. any pointers? am i doing something wrong? thanks in advance for any help.
ds games. kingdom hearts 358/2 and mario and luigi bowsers inside story. like i said, if it's over 50 mb and recquires points it says no points and won't download.
I don't think you have enough points, doesn't it count every megabyte of the game as one point? The game is fairly large too. To get points, you can either pay for them or wait a couple days so you can get the right amount of points to download the games. Wait, you registered Oct 8th and you haven't aquired any points? Huh.
I'm sure you are aware that your points are used when you download a game. What is your current points total?
my points total is the 500 they started me with. also, no new points have accrued. luckily, most of the games are under the 50MB restriction so i can download games. but if it goes 1MB over 50, and points need to be used, a white screen which says "not enough points" comes up and nothing downloads and no points are subtracted from my total. for example, Nostalgia is 71MB game and says that the point cost is 71. i have 500 and it still tells me i don't have enough points.
Seph will have to look into it. It's odd that you joined on Oct. 8th, and it's now the 28th, and you haven't earned any points. The point system is not updated per user, it's updated all at once, so it should update since it has been updating for everyone else.
