    no$gba for NDS, not sure if there is a decent one for PS2 yet you can always try one from here http://emulator-zone.com/

    PCSX2 is the best PS2 emulator available.

    It is still in development, but has a impressive list of compatible games. Mostly the big RPG titles.

    It takes a very powerful PC to run correctly though. You won't be playing PS2 games on a computer more than a few years old. And if you want to play them 100%, you'll need something top notch a year or so ago.

    in my opinion i think no$gba sucks (my opinon) i use desmue and works fast for me for you i am not sure what it will do
