Your IP Address isn't set by Romulation, nor is it specific to just Romulation. It's set by your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Whether or not you can reset your IP Address depends on what type of Internet Service you have. Some reset every time you connect (Like Dial Up). Others remain the same for the entire time you use your ISP. Some change daily at midnight, monthly, etc. The commonly said way of "Unplugging your Modem, waiting 10-15 minutes, plugging it back in" doesn't work with every ISP.
