well, i wouldn't know much but what i have been using for ghost and psychics, i have been using this setup for my killer:

    Zoroark
    Lv. 100
    Held item: bull's eye
    moveset
    Shadowball
    night daze
    foul play
    protect

before anyone says this sucks, i don't normally fight online, this setup is mainly for in-game purpose

Not doing your EVs just puts a huge dent in your potential. You're not just going to lose some battles, you're going to lose most of them. The only wins you might actually get are against people that are at the same stage in learning this game as you, Beginners and little 8 year olds that think having 6 Reshirams can beat an OU team. And even against beginners, that is still a coin-toss.

It is one thing to ignore IVs and to just have fun. Ignoring EVs (and to that extent, IVs) is just foolish.
When you start caring about getting the right Nature/IVs/Hidden Power/Egg Moves/Ability, then you can say you're hardcore, but man, at least do the EVs. They're basically given to you.

    Now to critique the team:
Lead needs to be listed first. If you don't know what to put first, then you don't have a lead.
    Haxorus:
Pretty standard, but as in all of my other posts, there are better dragons out there. Still passable. Definitely DO NOT use this as a lead. Leads are usually faster, and you don't want this one to go down before it even gets a chance to strike. This one is meant for late-game. Clear out all of Haxorus's counters first, then send this out to clean up the rest.

    Serperior:
Out of your choices, I'd use this as a lead. It checks Lead Swampert, which is my favorite lead, Lead Tyranitar (which seems to be more common), and has the ability to set up screens. Seriously, I'd run Dual Screens on this guy, but you probably won't be able to pull off both screens. It's just nice to be able to pick which one you want for the given situation. There seems to be more physical threats than special threats, so Reflect was a good choice on your part. You should say what Hidden Power he has, and what base power. Just saying Hidden Power gives me NO information.

    Charizard:
He has better chances with Belly Drum than Swords Dance. Swords Dance only does +2 to Attack and leaves you just as vulnerable, with or without the HP drop. I don't know why Fly is on there. Substitute would be better, that way, you might actually be able to pull off a Swords Dance AND an attack without dying. Really though, you already have one fragile sweeper that needs all of its counters cleared in order to sweep uninhibited. The need to have two, and one party member needs to be a Rapid Spinner, because of its horrible Stealth Rock weakness, and you're running out of slots quickly.

    Electivire:
Seems pretty cookie-cutter. You really need an Electric lure for him to do well. He's rather slow without the Motor Drive boost. I'm assuming that's Hidden Power Ice 70.

    Blastoise:
Surf is better for this set. Tanks aren't meant to have high powered, low accuracy moves. That's a sweeper's job. Hydro Pump on a tank won't be netting any KOs anyway, unless it's super frail or is weak to Water. Get rid of Skull Bash. In fact, get rid of ANY moves that have an accuracy below 70, takes two turns either in setup or to recharge, with the exception that an official Smogon or Sereii setup has explicitly told you to use this particular move, (those exceptions would be Dynamic Punch with No Guard, Focus Punch with Substitute, and um, that's pretty much it)

    Hitmonchan:
Once again, like the last RMT, stacking multiple moves of the same type is usually not a good idea. It's even worse for moves that are basically the same, and EVEN WORSE when its type is Fighting. It'd be different if one of them was Mach Punch. If I were to battle against you, the FIRST thing I'd do is switch to a Ghost type because your only chance of hitting me is with Rock Slide. Mega Punch is soooooo 1998. We haven't used it since and probably never will. Use one of the elemental punches.

To sum this up, you have one possible lead, 4 fragile sweepers (one of them not really being a sweeper), and 1 tank (2 if you count Serperior dualing as a tank, which is it, sort of, but not really)

Typing is rather balanced, although elemental, but you really need a rapid spinner if you have something on your team that is x4 weak to Stealth Rock. Otherwise, you might as well start the match with just 5 pokemon, and not 6.
By elemental, I mean, Grass, Water, Fire, Electric, Dragon. Incorporate some Dark, Psychic, Bug, Ghost etc.

The most threatening thing on your team is probably Electivire and perhaps Haxorus. Everything else is either sub-par, or below par. Experiment with the new pokemon, particularly Excadrill or even Krookodile.

And by the way, Excadrill under a Sandstorm can TEAR through this team bar maybe Blastoise depending on whether Blastoise isn't OHKOed after a +2 Earthquake, and whether Hydro Pump hits.

Your entire team is below the base 100 Speed tier, which means even a neutral natured Celebi goes first. It'd be different if you had priority, or a designated Revenge Killer. Better watch out for Sandstorm teams, because they're even more prevalent than they were last gen.

You really need to have a designated role for each slot, especially a lead. Running without a Lead or an Anti-Lead to deal with the opposing Lead is like trying to do a drag race without having a first gear. Every battler needs to conform to basic rules, and ignoring them simply because you're not "hardcore" doesn't get you a sympathy handicap, it only costs you matches.

Also, Red Card may or may not be banned from standard play. I'm leaning towards banned, but I haven't found any evidence stating that.

The majority of your decrease in stats are from not EV training properly. The loss would be even greater if you don't have any EVs invested at all.

Whatever move is first is generally the standard set. However, the slashes may indicate an alternate set (in the description), such as running the second moveset if your nature is different, or an alternate EV spread, or an alternate item.
