RAR file + Emulator = ???

    I can't figure out how to use one of my ROMs in my Visual Boy Advance emulator, mainly because it's a RAR file. Are there any special setting I need to use, or should I just look for a different type of file altogether?

    Use winrar to extract the files.

    You can use what g@l1h have suggested or use 7-zip.
    Extract it to a folder, and run the .exe file to use it.
