RAM

    I wanna get borderlands but I when I checked the system specs I needed everything was ok except for I have 1.5 GB of ram instead of 2 GB.

    I am running Windows 7 home premium

    Will it still run If I turn down setting etc. ?

    You'll never know until you've tried it, maybe there is a demo which you can use.

    do you know what ram chip you have if you don't check hardware specs, then go onto there website and find out the overclocking limit and overclock your ram it might work.

    don't overclock unless you know what you're doing.

    I can run borderlands somewhat on my acer aspire 5315 with a gig of RAM, try it! if it doesn't work find out your max ram and buy the right ram chip to get to get to 2GB RAM

    You should be able to... my PC only has 256MB of ram (crap, yes...), but I can still run WOW, which says the minimum is 512MB, almost flawlessly
