man, i just learn it from my friend that they are making a movie out of my favorite fighting game, The King of Fighters...... damn it! stop turning good video game into crappy movie!
Money is money to big corporations. They couldn't care less if the movie will suck as long as they make money off of it.
companies don't care, as long as they get the cash... If you see a movie you know is gonna be crap, they already have your cash, this ain't like eb where you buy, get bored/sick of the games crap-ness and ask for a refund! Luckily I have free movie tickets for movies I know will be crap XD

If this maggie q is the one I just got in my google images search...I have a feeling this is gonna end up like D.O.A.... It's gonna LOOK good, but lack depth...in fighting and dialoge As long as it doesn't end up like street fighter movie (Kylie Minougue...wtf) or Mortal kombat (...goro looked like crap and the stories weren't up to MK standard) I'll be happy...
and the main character Kyo Kusanagi isnt japanese >.< the more info i get on the movie, the more dissapointment i get..... BTW Maggie Q is a chinese, so if the picture show a chinese looking model, that most likely is her.

The creativity of this greedy companies is that if they have nothing good too offer, they'll try and rip-off a games originality and turn it into a money-making movie which will suck big time...

Hey... Hitman was actually pretty decent... Max Payne hurt my feelings though. I died a little inside when I watched it.
This is why Microsoft made sure they got someone GOOD to make the Halo movie (even though Peter Moore is going to have to create a plot for it because he got NOTHING from them games) and why 2K better make sure someone AMAZING produces the Bioshock movie because it's gonna take some real skill and money to get that right and in line with the games and as such the gamer's own expectations of what the movie should be like and how good it NEEDS to be.
