Radiant Historia when does heiss give me sneak

    hi just wondering if any one can give me a hint iv got in to the castle but need to go back and change my relationship with Heiss to get sneak thanks in advance

    You just need to advance the history where you join Rosch's Brigade up to a certain point and you should learn it automatically after a brief story battle.
