R4new problems

i have a problem whith my r4new when i tried to put a new firmware for the first time and puted it back into the ds it passes the loading screen buto next to it there is a pitch in black and i dont know how to fix it but i remember that when i had the original firmware there was a file called ax.menu DAT and the newest firmware didnt have it ... so please if you guys could help me i would be really gratefull

You should have these files in the rar:
_system_
_PATCH
moonshl2 (or moonshl)
moonmemo (if you have moonshl2 folder)
_DS_MENU.dat
R4_PANDORA.nds (or something like that)
_DS_MSHL.nds
_DS_MENU.ini
