just got a r4i with the web addy on the box as r4iultra but cant seem to get it to work on the dsi all i get is error ocurred i have tried every thing i can think of like googling and stuff before i posted on here now in need of help guys thanx in adavance

 

Is it the R4i that came in the Red Box?

If not, then you won't be able to use it on your DSi if it has 1.4 firmware.

 

nah came in a blck box mate but i have had a few in black boxes and they worked but not from that ultrasite on box

 

Is your DSi 1.4?

If so, then you'll have to get another flashcart as the R4 is not upgradable like the Acekard 2i.

There is an update for it to work with 1.4, though you'll need another DS to run the update (DS lite, regular, or non 1.4 FW DSi).

The Acekard 2 FW fix is also likely to work, the R4i ultra from r4ultra.com is based on the AK design.
