R4i sdhc v1.4

    I was being stupid and updated my dsi firmware to v1.4.1 to check out the dsi shop. Now my r4i won't work. I know there is a v1.4.1 for r4i but i dont want to buy a new one. Is there a patch for v1.4 to work on the dsi v1.4.1 or is my only choice to buy a new one?

    What you can do is buy another flashcart that works with 1.4.1.
    Supercard DSTwo , Acekard 2i , R4i gold (r4ids.cn) are all good ones.

    I think this post explains why by DSiXL no longer recognises my R4i gold card!
    I think my son must have done the system update :( I didn't know not to. It is now 1.4.1

    Am I right in understanding that I need to throw my R4 card in the bin and buy a new one?

    When I buy a new card, should I use Wood or stick to R4i gold firmware or is there no difference?

    Make sure the it's R4i Gold R4ids.cn if you wanna use Wood.
